MINISTRIES

Our ministry represents our activities and responsibilities as a church in the fulfillment of our biblically defined mandate in the world.

School of Ministry

This is built to empower the total person spiritual. This ministry focuses on elucidating the word of faith and power contextually, exegetically, cross testamentally, conceptually etc. This ministry is also responsible for publications used in Believers’ class, Foundational class, New comers class and Home Fellowship

Believers’ Class

Believers' Class, held every Sunday, is a foundational part of our church service, aimed at guiding new believers in their journey with Christ. The class emphasizes Christ's redemptive work, helping participants become grounded disciples and workers in His vineyard. It offers answers to biblical questions, provides practical approaches to studying Scripture, and teaches how to continue growing in the Lord. Join us online every Sunday.

Foundational Class

The Foundation Class is for new converts, new members, and existing members who haven’t yet attended. It provides a solid understanding of the church’s roots and teachings, shedding light on our leadership and operations. Participants will also learn about joining the TBP workforce and explore ways to get involved in the ministry. Start building a strong foundation for your walk in Christ today.

New Comers Class

The Vision of our Newcomers' Class is to provide new converts with a clear understanding of their new life in Christ. The class answers key questions about salvation, the Bible, and Christian responsibilities, helping believers navigate their spiritual journey. It is designed to affirm and strengthen their faith, offering guidance on how to study the Bible and grow in their relationship with God. Join the class today!

Discipleship/Follow up

Discipleship requires commitment, vision, and understanding of Scripture. Jesus' command in Matthew 28:18-20 shows that every believer should make disciples by sharing Christ, helping others grow in faith, and seeking growth themselves. Discipleship is a continuous cycle of training and support, as seen in passages like Titus 2:4 and Hebrews 3:13. Are you a disciple? Do you need discipling? Join us to grow and serve.

Home Fellowship

This is designed to help drive home the ultimate goal of the ministry to make disciples. This is done by assisting new members in developing a sense of belonging and to help current members maintain that sense of belonging. The home unit assists new members in identifying spiritual gifts, commitment to financial wellness, ministry involvement, continuing discipleship, and understanding salvation.

Children ministry

The Rising Stars ministry is for children ages 4-12 who are eager to learn about Christ. Through Bible teachings and weekly Sunday worship, they are empowered to grow in faith. Parents can fully enjoy the worship experience by leaving their children in our care. We also assist parents with infants to toddlers (0-2 years old) so they can be impacted by worship. This ministry is available at all locations.

Youth ministry

Is a young, innovative, and energetic group of teens who‘s main objective and focus is to become disciples of Christ. It is comprised of teenagers between the ages of 13-18 (Grades 7-12).

Outreach Sunday

An outreach day set aside for every last Sunday of the month. The opportunity is used to remind ourselves once again of the importance of one to one evangelism and inviting people for church service. We choose a topic which is deliberated on during the Believers’ Class and the message.

Believers Place

Evangelism

The Evangelism Ministry of TBP offers a comprehensive ministry strategy for winning unbelievers to Christ through church-wide door to door preaching, as well as programs as organized by the evangelism teams.  The Evangelism Ministry helps all believers take advantage of opportunities to make known the message of the gospel to the unsaved and encourage the brethren.

Convention/Camp

The convention usually coincides in the first month of the year with a theme to chart the course of the year. The program is outreach oriented accompanied with a dose of stewardship training to get everyone on board for ministry. The annual camp comes up towards the end of the first quarter, close to the Easter Holiday. It is a time to travel to a designatedncamp ground and enjoy fellowship undisturbed. We have been able to use this means to reach out to more people than we normally would. Register for the next camp meeting.

Mission

Our mission mandate is to reach the unreached for Christ, with the power of God inherent in us. We are not ignorant of the urgency to herald the gospel of Christ. We have launched missions to Buruku and Ilaro. We also support the African Missions Project, a missions initiative in Nothern Nigeria. You can volunteer for missions by giving or going. Be a part of this.
